A Note from BellStores on COVID-19

To our customers,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus
(COVID-19) and how it is greatly impacting our lives. For BellStores, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers and communities and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.

We have one objective during this time: prioritizing the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities we serve. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have taken measures in response to the threat of the coronavirus.

We are closely monitoring the situation. We're following updates on COVID-19, including guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health officials. We'll continue to take actions necessary to help protect the community.

We have already implemented plans designed to protect our customers and employees and to help ensure our stores remain open for the convenience of our customers and your daily needs.

We have enhanced our already comprehensive in-store cleaning and sanitization processes. We will continue to emphasize proper personal hygiene, including more frequent handwashing and the proper use of hand sanitizer.

We also are temporarily discontinuing the use of refillable mugs and cups in our stores. Disposable cups are available and we appreciate your patience.

As our team continues to monitor the situation, we will expand existing response plans based on the latest information.

At BellStores, we understand the vital role our stores play in communities and the value of our reputation as not only a place to keep your family on full, but a place where our customers are our friends. We will be working hard to continue to support you and your families.

Thank you for your loyalty and support.
