Bell Stores, Incorporated owns and operates convenience stores operating under the “BellStores” banner. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
By viewing this website (www.bellbuddyrewards.com), the BellStores’ mobile application, or the BellStores’ social media (collectively, the “Website”); and/or enrolling and participating in the Bell Buddy Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) via the Rewards Program mobile application or website at www.bellbuddyrewards.com, you acknowledge our information collection, use, storage and disclosure practices (collectively, “Privacy Practices”) and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “BellStores,” “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Bell Stores, Incorporated, an Ohio corporation and includes all of our Affiliates (as defined below). This Privacy Policy must be read in conjunction with the Rewards Program’s Terms and Conditions located at www.bellbuddyrewards.com and our mobile application, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By providing information to us or by accessing, browsing or using the Website or by enrolling in our Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. You have no obligation to provide personal information to BellStores or to enroll or participate in the Rewards Program. Use of the Website and participation in various BellStores’ initiatives (including, without limitation, the Rewards Program, promotions, surveys, polls, and sweepstakes), however, may require disclosure of personal information.
