Our store team members answer many questions during any given day. While we can't list every possible question below, we have provided answers to several of the frequently asked questions. If you have a question we haven't answered below, don't hesitate to contact us or ask a team member at any of our BellStores locations.
You are able to choose any amount in whole dollars, anywhere from $5 - $500.
If you have a BellBucks gift card and it is not used for 12 months, there will be a fee of $2 per month subtracted from the card balance for each month over 12 months of non-use. Once you use your card again, this fee stops!
There is no expiration date on a BellBucks gift card.
You may purchase anything in the store except for lottery, money orders, and food service (e.g. Subway, Domino’s, or Dairy Queen).
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or stolen BellBucks gift cards. Treat this card as you would cash!
There are three ways you can purchase a car wash: inside the store, at the car wash kiosk, and at the pump when you purchase fuel with a credit card.
Unfortunately, not yet. Each location has a separate car wash coding system. When you purchase a car wash, the code must be used at the location where it was purchased. This does not apply to ScrubClub cards, which can be redeemed at any location that features a car wash.
Your car wash code is valid 30 days from the date of purchase.
Our car wash kiosks accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and the Marathon Visa.
We exclusively offer Marathon branded gasoline. We load our fuel from the Marathon refinery located in Canton, Ohio. Read more regarding our fuel in the About Our Fuel section.
All grades of our gasoline contain up to 10% ethanol.
E85 is a blend of 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline and is designed for use in flexible fuel vehicles. E85 is clearly designated as a different fuel type and should not be used in standard vehicles.
When you use a credit card to pay at the pump, Marathon will hold $75.00 until the actual charge has been applied to your account. Typically, the hold only lasts a few hours. For questions regarding bank holds, please contact Marathon directly at 1-800-537-9580.
While most of our locations are open 24/7, we do lock the doors around 11PM to ensure the safety of our employees. You can still do everything you normally would: from purchasing fuel to stocking up on snacks and drinks (via our pass-through window). The only exception – you will not be able to use our restrooms when our doors are locked.
